To register for our upcoming Certified Renovator classes – Thursday March 31
and Saturday April 16 (Downtown Chicago) and Thursday April 28 (Dolton, IL) -

Do you need this training? EPA requires that "firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes, child care facilities and schools be certified by EPA and that they use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers to follow lead-safe work practices." In addition, if you are renovating a HUD home built before 1978, all workers working on the renovation project may be required to be Certified Renovators.
